[ELA] Annual Conference 2025

Our Employment & Industrial Relations Partners, Raymond TC Low and Kian Jun Wong, attended the Employment Law Alliance’s (“ELA”) Annual Conference 2025 held in Dublin, Ireland. The conference, hosted by A&L Goodbody LLP, brought together employment law practitioners from various jurisdictions to discuss current developments and issues affecting the global workplace.

The programme covered updates on workforce trends, regulatory changes, and practical considerations for employers and practitioners navigating cross-border matters.

Kian Jun Wong also participated as a panel speaker in the session titled “Global Strategies for Restructuring Work”, where he contributed his views on restructuring and approaches to managing workplace changes.
